　　某年某月某日，翻译公司承接了一份Utopia区块链白皮书文件翻译，约3000字，单价160元千中文字，共计470元，为了客户方便。后期也为了更好的开具发票，向客户咨询公司转账还是个人支付宝转账，客户选择了支付宝，这也为后续的事情埋下了伏笔，拿到原文后，客户要求意译，不要直译，对于翻译来说这个概念确实比较大，翻译公司开始翻译工作，提供第一版部分译文后，客户不满意，说翻译术语不对，翻译部重新安排另外3位老师进行翻译，然后提供3份部分译稿，客户反馈还是不行，翻译部已经在尽力完成，客服部同事跟客户进行沟通，这个单价只能做到这个程度了，如果需要更高级的译文，建议选择更高级别的翻译，得到客户同意后，单价变更为380元千中文字，翻译部立马安排另两位翻译老师进行译稿翻译，一个工作日后，给客户提供了2份部分译稿，客户认为第一稿基本上能达到要求，可能需要部分优化，翻译公司的同事们，很高兴，谈及费用，然而没想到的是，客户却勃然大怒，翻译公司并未收取后续更高级别译稿的费用，然后客户却要求把以前支付的全额退款，作为服务业的翻译公司先后选了6位老师进行翻译，并提供了部分译稿， 最后换来的是客户要全额退款，翻译公司安排高级客户经理跟客户协商沟通，但是令人没想到的是，这个所谓的“客户”张口骂人，诅咒，翻译公司另一位经理气愤不过，直言，不会退款，都是成年人，社会不惯你这满嘴脏话的毛病，后续，翻译公司向客户发布信息言明，协商的前提是必须向翻译公司同事道歉，否则不会进行任何协商。

　　而这个所谓的客户骚操作开始来了，开始进行威胁投诉，翻译公司经理先后接到税局电话，消费保平台投诉，并先后叙述了事情前因后果，客户投诉翻译公司不给开发票，从头到尾，这个所谓的客户不提供联系电话，不提供发票信息，就是要退款，现在却投诉翻译公司不给开发票，实在是滑天下之大稽，接到税局老师的电话后，翻译公司又向客户留言，让客户提供发票信息，包括税局老师跟这个客户要开票信息，但均未得到任何回复。

　　通过支付信息，翻译公司了解到，客户名叫杨*猛，为了解客户发票信息，通过百度搜索，发现杨*猛担任南京易转科技有限公司、北京掌上华企信息技术有限公司、北京科创立达科技有限公司 等法定代表人， 担任南京易转科技有限公司、北京蜂鸟速达科技有限公司、北京掌上华企信息技术有限公司 等股东， 担任南京易转科技有限公司、北京掌上华企信息技术有限公司、北京科创立达科技有限公司等高管。

　　由于公司名称过多，现在翻译公司也并不清楚要开具什么发票，当然翻译公司也希望后续选择合作客户的时候，务必谨慎。同样也警示大家在采用此次客户的服务时一定要慎重，不要辛辛苦苦做了很长时间，一句话不满意，就要退款，不退款就威胁投诉，影响公司声誉。
